Curriculum
Arlington Christian Academy is a Christ-Centered school. Our Biblical worldview guides all that we do in order to bring glory to our Lord.

Our Curriculum
We strive for excellence in academics as well as our
walk with God. We provide an orderly, engaging atmosphere that shows our students the greatness of God. We know that each child is made in God’s image and that He has a special purpose for their lives. We strive to help prepare our students to become all that God created them to be!
Bible, history, science, math, reading, spelling, and writing will be accompanied by our music, art, physical education and language programs.
Our weekly chapels are a time for worship and biblical teaching. We promote a spirit of service by offering many opportunities to our students to give to our community. A favorite example is our school’s support and appreciation of our local Mint Hill police and firefighters.
We are thrilled to partner with parents and families during their children’s educational years. Our curriculum emphasizes and promotes spiritual growth while not compromising a rigorous academic program.

Transitional Kindergarten
Our Transitional Kindergarten is taught by Mrs. Carey. She does a fabulous job and has been teaching this age group for the past 25 years. Transitional Kindergarten serves as a bridge between our preschool programs and our academy’s kindergarten. It provides students with time to develop foundational skills to ensure success as they move into elementary school.
Our TK program places children in a developmentally appropriate class that provides quality educational experiences that will help them become more acclimated to a more scheduled program.
Our TK teacher equips children for academic as well as social success by encouraging early educational development. Our TK students advance spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially and academically. Our teaching focus is on different approaches of play while learning to increase language development and communication as well as cognitive development.
